Dr. Jovan Kurbalija

Dr. Jovan Kurbalija is a leading expert on the effective use of AI in diplomacy and organisational change. He has been developing building blocks for AI since 1992 when he invented the first expert system for international law. His work in technology, linguistics, knowledge management, and philosophy came together when he conceptualised and led the development of AI systems for diplomatic reporting, predictions, and drafting. Recently, his primary focus has been on explaining AI to non-experts through story-telling, practical examples, and simulation exercises.
