Cornelius Boersch formed his first digital enterprise while he was a student – that company was later listed at the German stock market. After the company was taken over by Assa Abloy he continued to invest in start-ups in particular in the digital sector. In 2000 he was nominated “Entrepreneur des Jahres” (Ernst & Young) and in 2009 “Business Angel” of the year (EBAN) in Germany

He will give us an insight into the ups and downs of his career as an investor and, in particular, show us where we Europeans could do better in the age of digitalization.
