Nicole Herzog
Nicole Herzog is one of the most dynamic figures in Switzerland’s entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem. She co-founded b2venture (formerly BrainsToVentures), one of Switzerland’s earliest venture capital firms, and umantis, a pioneering HR software company later acquired by Haufe Group. As Chairwoman and investor, she helped scale Sherpany to a successful exit to Datasite in 2024.
Today, Nicole serves on the boards of VIU Eyewear, Inyova, Maestrani, and Polydata Group, and contributes to Switzerland’s innovation agenda as a member of the Innovation Council at Innosuisse. Most recently, her curiosity and drive have led her into the New Space Economy, where she is actively supporting the development of Switzerland’s space tech ecosystem.
Throughout her multifaceted career—from law to founding, investing, scaling, and now shaping frontier industries—Nicole has remained deeply committed to empowering people and ventures with purpose.
We will explore how she has navigated bold transitions and what it means to continuously reinvent oneself while staying anchored in core values.
